Meet Justin. He is the sole owner of Ocean Breeze Construction and a proud Melbourne, Florida native. After graduating from the University of North Florida with his bachelor's in health administration, Justin decided to move back home to work alongside local contractor, Hemlock Homes. Once he learned the tricks of the trades, he decided to venture off and pursue a career of his own establishing Ocean Breeze Construction in 2020. As of Spring 2024, Justin is officially a licensed Building Contractor in the state of Florida.

Justin prides himself on excellent craftsmanship, safety and cleanliness, and committing to clear communication with clients.  Understanding the importance of supporting locally owned businesses, Justin has the best intentions of partnering with the top suppliers locally. Ocean Breeze Construction has been helping residents in Viera, Melbourne, Melbourne Beach, Satellite Beach, Merritt Island, Rockledge, Titusville, Vero Beach, and surrounding areas.

During his free time, Justin enjoys surfing and skimboarding Satellite’s beaches, spending time with his family, and golfing with his friends.
